The Jan Juc Surf Lifesaving Club 64th Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00pm on Sunday 19th July, 2026 at the Clubhouse, 10 Clubhouse Road, Jan Juc.

If it becomes necessary to make any changes to the proposed meeting arrangements, members will be given as much notice as possible. Information relating to alternate arrangements will be communicated to members via email, social media and published on our website.

Given the nature and requirements for the 2026 AGM, the Board wishes to avoid any special business at the meeting other than the statutory business required under the Club’s constitution. 

Chairing of meeting agenda periods will be:

• Pre elections – Brett Thompson, the current president
• During elections - Member of the Audit & Finance Governance Committee
• Post elections - the incoming president

• Must be a 2026/2027 financial and approved Jan Juc SLSC Member by Tuesday 14th July 2026 (to allow for processing);
• Cannot be a Community (Social) Member;
• Cannot be under 18 years of age on 19th July 2026.
