The 62nd Annual General Meeting will be held at 2pm on Sunday 25^th August 2024 at the Clubhouse, 10 Clubhouse Road Jan Juc.

If it becomes necessary to make any changes to the proposed meeting arrangements, members will be given as much notice as possible. Information relating to alternate arrangements will be communicated to members via email, social media and published on the web.

Given the nature and requirements for the 2024 AGM, the Board wishes to avoid any special business at the meeting other than the statutory business required under the Club’s constitution. 

Chairing of meeting agenda periods will be:

Pre elections – Brett Thompson, the current president

During elections - Member of the Audit & Finance Governance Committee

Post elections - the incoming president
