Evidence of a nipper’s swimming competency is mandatory and must be provided before participating in any water-based activities (refer to the bottom of this page for links to swim assessment forms). Note swim assessment requirements have recently been updated by Surf Life Saving Australia and are outlined in the tabled below:

Evidence can take the form of:

1. Return of this Preliminary Swim Assessment form to the Club Office after it is signed by a qualified coach, swim teacher or lifeguard:
2. Attendance at one of our club Preliminary Swim Assessment days - to register for our Swim Assessment day on Sunday 13th October (each assessment will take approximately 15 minutes), sign up here. 

VicSwim or attending swim lessons would be more beneficial for children who are unable to pass the preliminary swim assessment.
