Log in to the parent’s Members Area account.

1. Navigate to Memberships > Family Click the ‘Renew Memberships’ link.
2. Select (tick) each member to be renewed.
3. Tick the declaration and submit.

To add a new family member:

1. Navigate to Memberships > Family
2. Click the ‘View/Edit’ link.
3. Click ‘Join New Person & Add’ button.
4. Complete details.
5. Tick the declaration and submit.
